System Training
Developed an interactive systems training for small business bankers to master a new customer-facing application tool. Overcame the challenge of lacking a practice environment by manipulating system screenshots to simulate real interactions. Integrated demonstrations and instant feedback to replicate system use and ensure bankers were equipped to assist customers effectively.

Created a dynamic customer engagement scenario to complement systems training. Utilized state changes and variables to simulate real-time customer interactions, providing immediate feedback for correct and incorrect responses. The training offered both system process feedback and insights on customer interaction quality, ensuring comprehensive learning outcomes.

Custom Navigation & Quiz
Delivered a fully customized navigation and quiz for compliance training on API RP 581. Designed an interactive activity with hotspots and a calculator to guide learners through an 8-step calculation process. The custom results screen offered tailored feedback, and due to compliance rules, allowed only two quiz attempts before requiring instructor-led training.

Rise Microlearning
Developed a customized Rise 360 microlearning for claims adjuster training, starting with a scenario-based interaction that immerses learners in a customer-representative dialogue to simulate real-world situations. The course transitions into a process steps module, breaking down the claims process into clear and actionable stages.

Recycling Quiz Video
Developed a video quiz on recycling as a primer for an instructor-led course, designed to engage participants while reinforcing the organization's sustainability goals. This quick, fun quiz replaced the traditional presentation format, serving as an interactive way to kick off the session.

Comic Style Conversation
Designed an engaging, comic-style conversation starter for refinery leaders to address risk management issues globally. The training, available in both WBT and video formats, used stock imagery and comic elements to simplify the 5 WHY root cause analysis framework.

Interactive Slider
The "Wheel of Life" tool is one of many activities integrated into the program, which also includes virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions. The course features a dynamic slider that adjusts a wheel-shaped image, allowing students to visualize real-time changes as they rate different life domains from 0-10.
